A couple of years ago, a group of one hundred Walmart Associates met in Bentonville, Arkansas to draft a "Declaration of Respect." Today, we've grown to an army of thousands in hundreds of stores across 47 states. OUR Walmart is elevating the voices of Walmart Associates speaking out for change.
