Falsely deactivated from instacart

That I was falsely accused of an authorized use of their credit card. When not 5 minutes before that this person had me call their niece because it was a pregnancy test from 7-Eleven I picked up the order delivered it he said she never got it I sent her a picture cuz she demanded me leaving outside an apartment complex. Not 2 minutes after that fake instacart support person. Call me up told me I was red flagged and said that we're going to get these off my record because it wasn't right and they were going to block this lady from every using instacart again cuz it was her third time this week. Told me that they had to do a face recognition and I had to log in with a different number that they gave me as well as a code and said they wouldn't reimburse me $120 I did this five or six times because it wouldn't do the face recognition I'm watching the money go on and all the sudden the guy text me and said what does it say when you log in and I said it says I'm deactivated he said oh don't worry about it you're fine. I waited waited 2 hours then text him asking him why he didn't text me he ignored me and I I called instacart from my wife's phone because I can't get through now and I can't log in I can't do anything my money is gone over 120 plus the 7 dollars from the scammer. On top of that wouldn't even leave me a tip and I was willing to wait there so she didn't get in trouble because apparently she didn't want nobody knowing she was pregnant meaning the lady's niece. Now I can't go to work and make money to support my family because you guys want to deactivate me for something that had nothing to do with.
