Include tip option for Uber in NJ

Uber needs to included a tip option inside the Uber app so customers have the option to tip their drivers. With the competitive pay cuts and Uber higher commission rate drivers have to be behind the wheel 50% more to get a decent salary. Uber also needs to let their customers know that tipping and optional but very appreciated. If we are really partners then its time Uber starts acting like an equal partner not just a beneficiary.
