Lyf Support

Lyft support is an inoperative department at Lyft. When drivers fill a complaint or concerns, there is not person to person communication it is just by texting.
Drivers send a text to Lyft support help then need to wait until someone read the message it take most of time 10 to 15 minutes, if drivers need to keep working and don't reply at any comments from Lyft, support just end and close the conversation without the expected resolution, they just keep asking for. What happened and always drivers repeat and repeat the complaint until get tired of that and nothing is resolved.

Why is this important?

There are thousands of drivers that every day have some issues that need to be resolved by Lyft.
