No product runs off the clock!

Make a new policy stating that no partner should be allowed to do a product run before or after their shift.

Why is this important?

It is very inconvenient receiving a phone call or a text message asking to pick up product before or after a shift. Before shifts, partners have plans or have a certain routine before heading to work and having to pick up product before that throws off a regular routine, and we feel obligated to retrieve it and save the day. Let alone trying to make it to work on time. As far as picking up product after work, we all just want to go home, sleep, and rest.... And preferably not waste gas and have to wait up to a year to be compensated for a trip that was made months prior.


Reasons for signing

  • It's true, you shouldn't have to receive a phone call asking to go pick up supplies. It's not fair. Especially of the clock.
