We, the undersigned employees of Road & Rail Services, demand immediate action to address the ongoing issues caused by the leadership of A Shift Shuttle, including the senior leads, operations managers, terminal manager, and training managers. Their unprofessionalism, disorganization, and harmful behavior have created a hostile work environment that is driving employees away and hindering the success of the company.
Key Issues with A Shift Shuttle Leadership
- Unprofessionalism: A Shift Shuttle leadership routinely engages in and entertains workplace drama, fostering unnecessary conflicts and division among employees.
- Lack of Organization: They fail to implement effective strategies to complete tasks efficiently, resulting in chaos and confusion.
- Dishonesty: Managers and leads frequently lie about employees, damaging reputations and leading to unfair disciplinary actions.
- Favoritism and Bias: Favoritism is rampant, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment while others are unfairly targeted, often being pressured or set up for termination.
- Neglect of Duties: A Shift Shuttle leadership consistently neglects their responsibilities, leaving employees without proper guidance and making tasks more difficult than necessary.

We would like to make an exception for Henry, one of the operations managers on A Shift Shuttle. Henry has consistently demonstrated professionalism, fairness, and genuine care for employees. His leadership is an example of what this company needs, and we believe he should be retained as part of the leadership team.
Our Demand
To improve the working conditions and efficiency of A Shift Shuttle, we demand the following actions:
- Senior leads, other operations managers (except for Henry), and the terminal manager on A Shift Shuttle must step down immediately.
- Training managers must be terminated and replaced with qualified individuals who are knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to supporting employees.
- A comprehensive review of pay structures and work conditions must be conducted to address employee retention issues and ensure fair treatment.

The unprofessionalism, favoritism, and disorganization from senior leads, operations managers, terminal managers, and training managers have created a toxic atmosphere that is impacting our well-being and making our jobs harder than they need to be. This is not how things should be, and we have the power to demand better.
We deserve to be treated with fairness and respect, but instead, we face constant dishonesty, targeting, and favoritism. Too many good employees have been unfairly fired or pushed out, and leadership’s refusal to advocate for higher pay or improve conditions has only worsened the situation. This lack of action has made it nearly impossible to retain workers, leaving the rest of us overburdened and unsupported.
