I've started a Twitter campaign I hope goes viral. I want folks to search for my tweets (@TipUberDrivers) and retweet to their friends and followers. ESPECIALLY RIDERS.
Why is this important?
Uber has misleaded passengers into thinking tips are included in fares when they are not. Most passengers are surprised when they find out. Tips could increase driver income by 5-10%. Hopefully Uber will respond by adding an in app tip option similar to Lyft. The cashless experience is important so we must convince Uber to add this feature to the app.
