Take better care of their employees, pay for our time and suffering for standing outside in single digit weather in soaking wet grass and mud and high winds. They wouldn't allow us to get our jackets or belongings from our areas but they all made sure they had there jackets.
Why is this important?
Because our safety is the first priority, yeah we made it through a burning building but I'd rather suffer a burn then have hyperthermia and frost bitten feet and hands.
