Please reverse the RTO mandate.

We, the undersigned, call for a three-day-a-week (or less) in-office work schedule.

We each love and respect Mary Kay, the legacy created by its founder and the mission of enriching women's lives. We value and enjoy our roles, our colleagues and our managers who have shown immeasurable support.

One of the great parts of Mary Kay is that its employees are considered its greatest asset. It's what made Mary Kay a top place to work in DFW for decades.

When working remotely, we actually got to put this philosophy into practice. For the first time, we were able to experience true work/life balance. The collective culture shifted its mentality to a human-first mindset, which still honored professional roles and commitments -- if not enhancing them.

By returning to a four-day-a-week schedule, we will lose these remote or hybrid benefits along with life's most precious resource: time.

Why is this important?

Because it is our only recourse to combat the recent RTO mandate.
