We demand that the owners of Nice Blue Incorporated pay the owed wages to it's previous employees plus a $1000 fee for not providing prior notice of employment termination which caused a financial burden to said employees.
Why is this important?
Nice Blue Incorporated and the above mentioned owners have violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by shutting down their business without notice to employees AND without paying owed wages of up to 2 months! Not only that, but they immediately opened at least 1 restaurant under a different business name and another is said to open under another name at the exact same location under "new management". These restaurants are "Vallarta's of Brandon" and "Cabos Cantina Grill" of Brandon.
