To be fair with all people we come to work for our money some people have it easy and make rules up for the connivence of their needs.
Listen to employees when they feel things are unfair for one an other.
Work as a team.
Improve work ethics to make sure we don’t have to feel over worked or one person is picking up others slack.
Stop picking favorites
Make sure that their leads know the job tittle and job requirements (what it means to be a lead, lead role)
Why is this important?
It’s important to make sure we all feel like we are being heard.
That everyone feels we are being fair in work place and not that other people have to work harder then others because they “aren’t used to working in those conditions”
If people don’t feel like they are being heard they feel like they don’t matter.
