Paid sick leave without being charged
Grant paid time off/sick leave, without being charged the hours, to any employee who does not feel safe in their present working environment, regardless of the field.
Through no fault of our own employees are made to use their personal time off to avoid exposure in this crisis.
Employees should not be forced to choose and employers should not ask worker’s to use their personal time.
Why is this important?
We are being forced to use our earned time off during a national crisis that is no fault of our own. We should receive paid time off and not have to use our personal time.
