Review the facial hair rule at publix

I want publix to atleast let our employees have a choice on whether they want to shave all their facial hair or not. I believe that having facial will not make any difference at all at publix workplace. We have great customer service skills and we are considered one of the top stores in the country by just simply working and always making the customers feel welcome and want to keep coming back to our store. I just don't understand how my facial hair can effect me or anyone from doing our job. I believe that we should have a choice to grow our facial out if we choose to. I think we all can agree on a limitation on how big it should get and we can wear a hair net if needed. I simply just believe that we all should have a choice. I know several people who ended leaving publix because of the facial hair and they love publix but the shaving became annoying and a constant problem for them. I know this rule have been around for decades but I see nothing wrong with just having a beard at all, also things change over time so we should be updated and just see how it works out. I don't think it would hurt anyone at all or the company.
